Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole banana
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour gluten free

Instructions
 

  • mix ingredients together
  • get your skillet hot and grease with butter, ghee or avocado oil
  • pour desired amount onto skillet
  • flip when bubbles form
  • enjoy!
  • *optional to add raw kale, coconut flakes, dark chocolate, cinnamon or other spices of your liking
    **If using raw kale (or other green) put the entire batter mixture in a high power blender or use an immersion blender. Kids will not know the greens are in there!
