
High Protein, Gluten Free, Green Wrap
An easy way to get in more protein and veggies. Can also be made low histamine by choosing a low histamine green such as kale, arugula or collards!

Ingredients
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 cup green of choice: spinach, arugula, kale, collards!
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 clove garlic optional
- 1 tsp fresh thyme optional
Instructions
- Add the greens of choice, egg, salt and any additional spices into a blender and blend until smooth
- Place avocado oil in skillet and pre heat
- Place half of the blended mixture on the pan and wait until it bubbles and looks firm
- Gently flip and cook an additional 2 – 3 minutes
- Let cool. Fill with your favorite ingredients and enjoy!
